I got the idea to make this video when I saw the cold temperature forecast. When the temp is below 0 ⁰F (-17.8 C), you can toss boiling water in the air and the vapor will flash freeze. My friend ‪@Gaptains_vloG‬ asked to see frozen bubbles. Then I had some other ideas like a trip to the beach and making a balloon snowman.

The recipe for bubble juice was 1 cup water, 5 tablespoons of dish soap and 2.5 tablespoons of light corn syrup. For the nighttime bubbles, I broke open a yellow highlighter, pulled out the inside foam-like thing that holds the ink and soaked it in a bottle of water. Instead of plain water, I used that to make it fluoresce.
