Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3 Official Trailer Breakdown and Analysis. The Guardians purchase Knowhere from the Collector / Taneleer Tivan as their base / HQ and try to patch it up along with Cosmo the Space Dog. However a new threat emerges in the form of mad geneticist Herbert Wyndham AKA The High Evolutionary set to improve humanity. The Guardians discover New Men in Counter-Earth, very similar to our own but hidden by making it out of dimensional sync by a microsecond. New Men are Wyndhams latest creation, an improvement over half-worlders like Rocket Raccoon and Lady Lyla, the Otter. Adam Warlock pursues the Guardians to Knowhere and takes revenge for slights against the Sovereign people. With these threats, this may prove to be the last fight for some of the Guardians and they may come out completely changed.

GOTG Vol. 3 Official Footage. We explore every Easter Egg from Baby Rockets origins, High Evolutionary and finally we get to see Adam Warlock in action. Let's discuss possible deaths and casualties in the film.

Trailer shows the Guardians of the Galaxy: Peter Quill AKA Star-lord played by Chris Pratt, Groot voiced by Vin Diesel, Nebula played by Karen Gillan, Mantis played by Pom Klementieff, Drax the Destroyer played by Dave Batista & Rocket Racoon voiced by Bradley Cooper. They are surrounded by Ravagers. Peter bargains but turns out Nebula made a deal with Gamora to team up for yet unknown reasons. This is the time-displaced daughter of Thanos, we saw from Avengers End Game.

This version of Gamora is not the person fell in love with and seems to be more like her father as she now leads her own Ravager faction. His old flame being sacrificed for the acquisition of the Soul Stone from Vormir by Thanos.

We see a baby Rocket being grabbed for experimentation by the High Evolutionary played by actor Chukwudi Iwuji from Peacemaker. Rocket hails from Halfworld, a world filled with anthrophomorphic animals possibly also experimented on by High Evolutionary. In the comics, they were created by Halfworld Robots to serve / look after the loonies /shrinks.

Herbert Wyndham AKA High evolutionary is obsessed with genetic manipulation and evolution, hence the name. He was also inspired by scientist Nathaniel Essex AKA Mister Sinister, who is one of the chief villains of the X-men mutants like Wolverine, Cyclops, Jean Grey, Beast, Professor X, Iceman, etc. High evolutionary also

Counter-earth maybe portrayed as Halfworld. Counter Earth specifically created by High Evolutionary as mirror to prime Earth 616 maybe in the MCU. IT was home to the NEW MEN , which are an artificial human-sized animal race altered through Wyndham's mutagenic processes. They originated from earth's Wundagore Mountain seen (MCU) in Doctor Strange and Multiverse of Madness.

We also see Baby Groot becoming an adolescent. Peter Quill tries his best to save the Guardians but we might see the end of Drax and Rocket Raccoon. We might see Guardians HQ as well as their original uniforms depicted in the comics.
