The Batman 2022 reboots the Batman character for DC movies. Robert Pattinson is the new Bruce Wayne and Matt Reaves directs the new Batman movie which is creating a new Batverse. Riddler is going after political and law enforcing figures who are corrupted and in the roots of things are Thomas Wayne and the Renewal Fund.

Batman is mostly known as Vengeance in the movie and works with Jim Gordon. He follows riddles left by Riddler and gets Alfred's help to decode the cyphers. Selina Kyle Catwoman also joins his mission as her friend Anika has disappeared. They finally find out that Falcone is in the center of the crime ring.
