Easy Pizza Garlic flatbread recipe here for all those people that can't be bothered making artisanal sourdough or wanky focaccia or anything like that. An absolute sinch to make and the recipe and technique is all there for you in 90 seconds. Just don't hit me alright?

These simple flatbreads go with anything and you can have them in place of naan breads or wraps. Anytime really. And what about spicing them up a bit. Put what you want in these and they'll always be a winner.

Bake these for 10 minutes if you want a soft edge and a soft centre but I like to give them a couple of minutes extra so that middle bit is really firm and great for scooping and the edge is still soft enough to mop up any sauces or tears or whatever.
