A few weeks ago, I saw this post on Reddit:

I thought I'd try something similar.

Goal: Max out attack speed on Twinblast.
I used 5x Redeye Nitros, as it seemed to be the best way to squeeze in every last drop of attack speed from my cards. Also, taking crit over dmg might let me nail these targets longer-- furthermore, considering I might not have a lot of time because this was going to be done at the end of the match.

Process: Get to the end of a match then cash out cards for this speed build, therefore not being entirely useless to my team ... (sort of still was. I think TB needs a buff. His ult is useless.) I had tried on solo and with bots to get to 60 CP but it's very difficult as those matches tend to end around 48 CP even when pure farming.

PSA: Do NOT use this build. It's horrifically useless.
