This explainer video is for our Safeguarding Policy: Pain, Injury & Illness. It is one of a series that is being introduced as part of our #BeTheChange campaign which focuses on promoting safe and fair gymnastics across the UK.

As part of the campaign, further policies will be introduced over the next year that focus on protecting the welfare of gymnasts and everyone in our sport, including flexibility training, nutrition and training & training load.
