The first Final Four of the BBL final was held in Vilnius, at the Siemens Arena. In the semi-finals, Lietuvos Rytas defeated Ventspils 86:75 and Žalgiris defeated Šiauliai 89:61. In the game for third place, Šiauliai defeated the Latvians 97:87. In the final, Žalgiris edged Lietuvos Rytas 64:60. Some records were set in this final: "Žalgiris" center Tanoka Beard grabbed 25 rebounds, and achievement that has not been improved so far. 13 of Beard's 25 rebounds came under opponents' basket, another BBL milestone.
