He holds his PhD degree in the area of E-governance and possesses over two decades of experience in Government of India.

He is one of the seventh most followed Quora writer in the world with over 55 Million answer views on his answer and more than 140,000 followers. He was conferred World Customs Organization certificate of Merit in 2011 and Presidential Award from Government of India in 2015.
