About the Quartet:

"Ex Machina" was commissioned by a consortium of seven saxophone quartets and is dedicated to the entire consortium. The different movements are each inspired by a different quartet.

Assembly Quartet, Barkada Quartet, Donald Sinta Quartet, Kenari Quartet, Mirasol Quartet, Project Fusion and Zzyzx Quartet
