CHOCOLATE CHESTNUT TRUFFLES
180 gr chestnut (6.4oz)
7 dates (70gr-2.5oz)
35gr walnuts (1.25oz)
40 gr tahini (1.4oz)
80 gr baking dark chocolate (3.5oz)

Soak the dates in hot water for 10 min. When the dates are soft enough to mash deseed them and mash. Blend the roasted chestnuts. Smashed the walnuts. Combine them all in a bowl with tahini. Make balls from the mix. Melt the chocolate. Dip the balls into the melt chocolate and cover. Decorate with any nuts or with powder dried fruits.
you can store in the fridge up to 3 days.
