Atari 2600 Game: Star Wars - Return of the Jedi - Death Star Battle (1983 Parker Bros.)

A shooting 'em up game where you based on the events of the Star Wars movie Return of the Jedi. Youe main goal is to destroy the death star before it finishes its construction. Before doing so, you start outside the perimeter of the death star where you have to combat different enemy vessels and avoiding the death ray while waiting for an opportunity to slip through the one of the random openings in the energy field transported to battle death star. Once you reach death star, you must avoid getting zap by one of its shooters and reduce structure by up to the point you hit the core. Once you destroy death star, you avoid collision with the death star debris. Once death star is destroyed, the game is restarted all the way back to the beginning with increased difficulty with faster enemies, faster death star until all lives are gone. You can adjust the difficulty before the start of the game.

Note: This game starts out easy then it gets really hard. Toward the end, it looks like kill screen so I lost all lives by the death star.
