The difference between being empathetic and sympathetic is that empaths feel the emotions of others on their bodies as if it were their own. They can put themselves in your shoes , so they can understand better how you feel . Empaths are highly sensitive intuitive being and they have a strong connection to nature and animals.
They tend to hate conflicts/confrontation,thus they are very peaceful beings and people are drown to them.
They love to help and find it hard to say no to people .They also tend need a time alone so they can recharge themselves , especially after being in crowded place or where their emotions were very active.
They usually suffer from depression,panic attacks or anxiety.
