Making a fancy dress (w/ Simplicity 8594) | DIY cocktail dress | Sewing vlog

I'm sharing how I made this fancy cocktail dress with Simplicity 8594 (View C). Joe and I went to an awards event on Saturday for his job and I made this dress for the occasion.

I used Simplicity 8594 and fabric from my 2 mystery boxes to pull everything together. My dress fabric is from my Fabric Mart mystery box and the lining is from the Mood Fabrics mystery box.
