भारत की महान संस्कृति सदैव संस्कारों का महत्व बताती है। यहाँ जन्म से लेकर मरण तक मनुष्य के लिए 16 संस्कार बताये है। महर्षि चरक के अनुसार “संस्कारो हि गुणन्तराधानमुच्यते “ अर्थात नए गुणों को जागृत करना संस्कार कहलाता है संस्कार से मनुष्य पर आशय है मन, बुद्धि ,भावनाओं को विकसित करना, व्यक्ति में दैवी गुणों का विकास करना। जो मानव के समग्र विकास के लिए अति आवश्यक है। 16 संस्कारों की श्रृंखला में पहला संस्कार गर्भ धारण के पहले किया जाता था। जिसके माध्यम से सन्देश दिया जाता था की पति पत्नी शारीरिक मानसिक रूप से स्वस्थ है और वे एक शुभ संतान को जन्म देने हेतु योग्य है। अतः आज भी ध्यान रखना चाहिए की बस भाववश में आकर नहीं, गर्भधारण से पूर्व भावी माता पिता पूर्ण रूप से तैयार हो तभी गर्भधारण करे । उसी समय से शुभ संतान हेतु प्रार्थना प्रारम्भ कर देनी चाहिए। पूरी गर्भवस्था में भी माता विशेष ध्यान रखे गर्भस्थ प्रसन्नचित बने, जागृत बने , बहुत मेधावी बने इसके लिए रोज गर्भसंवाद द्वारा शुभ विचार पहुंचाते रहे।
मैंने स्वयं गर्भवस्था में अपने शिशु तक रोज शुभ विचार पहुँचाये,योग प्राणायाम किया,विशेष मंत्रो का जाप किया जिसके बहुत ही सुखद परिणाम मुझे देखने को मिलते है। अतः मेरी सभी भावी माता पिता से प्रार्थना है आये गर्भ संस्कार घर घर में अपनाकर हम एक शुभ पीढ़ी का निर्माण करें। सब मिल "आओ गढ़े संस्कारवान पीढ़ी हम"
