Singapore Airlines turbulence: A very 'traumatic' experience

Passengers have been talking about their "traumatic" experience after "sudden extreme turbulence" hit a London-Singapore flight.

Singapore Airlines flight SQ321 from Heathrow was forced to make an emergency landing at Bangkok Airport in Thailand as Sky's Cordelia Lynch reports.
