Lucy Frazer On Plans To Block TV Licence Increase & Elgin Marbles Row | Good Morning Britain

It's been reported that Rishi Sunak is set to block a 9% increase to the TV licence fee, warning the BBC that it must be realistic with what the public can afford to pay. We spoke to Culture Secretary Lucy Frazer about what this block could mean for the corporation.
