Soft and chewy inside and crunchy outside, super delicious and really easy to make Peanut Butter Cookies. They’re full of peanut butter flavour, not too sweet and have melt-in-your-mouth texture. You'll definitely love it!

Ingredients:
130g peanut butter
115g/ 1 cup almond meal/flour
50g/ 1/4 cup sugar (you can use any sugar you like)
20ml/ about 1 1/2 tbsp maple/agave syrup
1 egg, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt

Bake in the oven 185C/365F for 13-15 min. Cool on the tray for 5 min, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
