This year, I wanted to make sure that I visited FLL while the airport was still single runway ops. This was also my first time visiting FLL's Airport park , The Greenbelt , which honestly blew me away. With prior spotting trips to FLL, My vantage point was always on top of the Hibiscus garage. With a day full of heavies and and newcomers (Jetblue's A321 Neo), The variety and amount of traffic kept me just as interested as if I was planespotting at MIA.
There's over 50 different movements in this video.
Note: Please forgive me for the audio. I was a complete idiot and plugged my external mic into the camera's headphone jack instead of the mic in, which made the camera default to using it's internal mic.
All in all, I hope this video is entertaining and gives you a reason to spot at FLL.
