REAL NENDOROID VS FAKE NENDOROID [ZERO TWO NENDOROID UNBOXING]

Happy 2022! Let's start the year with a Nendoroid Comparison Video! Today, let me show you a level up fake nendoroid! This was honestly unexpected but I guess it's already bound to happen given they have been making fake nendoroids for a long time now. 😂

REAL Zero Two nendoroid versus FAKE Zero Two nendoroid! Let’s go!

For those new to this, here’s the nendoroid comparison in order:
• First, box details comparison
• Then, we compare the nendoroid parts
• After that, we will compare the articulation between the REAL Zero Two nendoroid versus the FAKE
• and lastly, price difference

We begin with the front of the box. Real Zero Two nendoroid LEFT side while Fake Zero Two nendoroid on the RIGHT. Darling in the Franxx logo is present as well as the GOODSMILE company logo. Meanwhile, the FAKE Zero Two nendoroid, there is nothing printed up top. Not even the anime series logo.

On the box window, the product name and the sculptor information is missing for the FAKE Zero two nendoroid. Everything is almost copied right below. well, all except the nendoroid series logo.

Top of the box next. REAL Zero two nendoroid up top and FAKE Zero two nendoroid below. First thing I noticed was the color. The FAKE nendoroid seems to be yellowish and has paint spots compared to the clear and neat looking AUTHENTIC Zero two nendoroid.

We also don’t see the Darling in the Franxx logo and the nendoroid series logo top right of the fake’s box. Bottom part of the box, same difference. Everything was copied except for the nendoroid series logo and the anime series logo.

Moving on, right side of both boxes. again, with the yellowish color. Aside from that, the same photos used, the same product name placement but no nendoroid series logo and nendoroid tag line present on the FAKE Zero two nendoroid box.

Left side of both boxes has the same difference as the right side. Back part this time. Let’s spot the difference together!

And there are a lot of warning signs that the fake are missing.

Also notice that below the sample photos, we don’t see the GOODSMILE COMPANY customer support box with QR code and GOODSMILE COMPANY logo.

By the way, the FAKE nendoroid’s bottom part is upside down. the FAKE Zero two nendoroid’s box opens from the top part while the REAL Zero two nendoroid opens from the bottom part.
Also, the dust flap of the REAL Zero two has an advertisement printed on it while the FAKE doesn’t.

Personally, I don’t see the FAKE Zero two nendoroid as a figure that would pass even as a collection since the neck makes her look funny and some poses are hard to do because of the nendoroid parts. However, like I always say, "it will always differ in personal preference". Will you be satisfied with the FAKE Zero two nendoroid or would you rather patiently save for the AUTHENTIC Zero two nendoroid?

Ofcourse doing some DIY magic on a FAKE nendoroid would probably make it look better but that’s additional labor. A rework would be a decent idea but as a lazy person, I don’t think I can ever take that option haha!
