So grateful to @monroecollege for being such an affirming and welcoming space for all students, specifically #lgbtqiaplus students, faculty and staff.

On Thursday, it was such an honor to work with @perrymanblair, @queery.us, @monkimiles, @be_yourself_bookshop, @monroe_education and so many others at the college to celebrate #tdov #TransgenderDayofVisibility.

I’m still a little choked up from Miles’ reading, Monroe’s generous purchase of #queerbooks for the Pride Corner and the many students, faculty and staff who showed support, wore their pronouns and shared their love for the communities.

It really takes a village to make things like this happen and we have some of the best people working behind the scenes making this all work! Thank you!
