Siddaramaiah is set to take over as the new Karnataka chief minister today with state Congress Chief DK Shivakumar as his deputy. The oath-taking ceremony will be held today (Saturday) at Kanteerava stadium in Bengaluru. The new chief minister-designate, Siddaramaiah, was the first CM of Karnataka to serve a complete five-year term in the last 40 years.
