등심돈가스는 국내산 도트람 냉장 돈육을, 치킨가스는 국내산 냉장 닭가슴살을, 생선가스는 대구슬라이스를 사용하여, 매일 직접 매장에서 손질,양념,숙성과정을 거치며, 튀김옷을 입히고 당일 즉석에서 따듯하게 드실수 있도록 요리됩니다. 짬뽕,짜장,치킨,유산슬,마파두무,파스타,피자,떡볶이 등 50여가지의 다양한 음식들을 변경해 가며, 쉐프들이 매번 직접 신선한 야채와 해물,고기를 웍에 볶고,튀기고, 직접 요리하며 (아마 해장 짬뽕맛집이 될수도..), 돈기스,치킨가스,생선가스를 메인으로, 다양한 음식과 샐러드를 푸짐하게 제공해드리고 있습니다.
