4 Cups All-purpose flour
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Cup Fresh Milk
1/2 cup Milk Powder
1/4 cup lukewarm water
2 tsp. Instant Yeast
4 tbsp Unsalted Butter , Softened
1 Egg
1 tbsp Fresh Milk
Sugar for topping
