The Weeny Issi Rally is a SUVs vehicle featured in GTA Online, which is still unreleased. It will be added to the game during the next weeks as part of the continuation of the 1.64 LS Drug Wars update.

The Issi Rally is a variant of the standard Issi Sport base model.

HOW TO GET THE ISSI RALLY IN GTA ONLINE:
The Issi Rally can be purchased in GTA Online from Southern S.A. Super Autos for a price of $1,835,000.

The Issi Rally can be stored in any of your Properties/Garages as a Personal Vehicle. It can be customized at Los Santos Customs and Hao's Special Works. You can also modify it in a Vehicle Workshop inside one of your owned properties.

Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Issi Rally from the Mechanic.

WEENY ISSI RALLY IN REAL LIFE:
The design of the Weeny Issi Rally is based on a real life Mini John Cooper Works WRC.

WEENY ISSI RALLY TOP SPEED:
The top speed of the Issi Rally in GTA V has not been verified yet. We'll add the results of Broughy1322's tests here soon.
