Our eyes are the biggest tell on how we feel. They show immediately if we are happy, sad, tired, healthy or sick - if we had a bad night or are nutrient deficient. There is so much that influences the way our eyes look, our habits, our health and of course the biggest one, our psyche. Our eyes mirror how we feel.

You can boost the effect of these eye affirmations, if you do a boosting action during or after listening. You can close your eyes for a few minutes to give your eyes some rest and visualise them shining brighter. Or apply a nice cream and gently pat it in.
