After exhausting all possible combinations of magazines, ammo, and lubricants, I went back to the basics.
Does it feed? answer: sort of.
The underlying issues that I have been experiencing are two fold:
1. Fail to feed
2. Fail to eject
Other issues, such as fail to fire and fail to cycle can be caused by many variables. Feeding issues, in most circumstances, can most often be tracked back to magazines or ammunition. In this case, misalignment feeding the cartridge into the chamber compounds any issues a magazine or ammo may have.This alignment is safely and easily tested using a spent cartridge (or, in this case, one that failed to fire when the primer was struck).

This example was done to show ZERO influence of alignment from a magazine or from any brand of ammunition.Look for another video, explaining why my #POFRebel / #Rebel22 fails to eject.

Failure to Feed video
• The process showed in this video to demonstrate feeding is not how a round is fed into the chamber in any operational scenario.
• The bolt is not misaligned to the barrel. They are concentric as an assembly.
• The bolt face has an additional eccentric cut by design to aid in the dynamics of extraction and ejection.
• When feeding a cartridge, it is aligned by the alignment of the magazine and the angle of approach from the magazine.
• The round does not already sit on the bolt face and then go into the chamber. This is simply a flawed understanding of the basic firearm operation.
• The rim of the live round is ramped up the bolt face where it is held in place (alignment) via the feed lip on the magazine.
• From there it ramps up, cams past the extractor (hence the radius in the extractor) and then chambers into the barrel.
• This demonstration is simply not at all how the gun works or feeds in any scenario.
• In no scenario is a live round placed onto the face of the bolt and then fed into the barrel.
• Any feeding issue will be caused by misalignment of the magazine when something pushes or pulls against it, poor magazine fit and finish, poorly manufactured ammunition, ammunition with projectiles not conducive to semi-automatic operation, improper magazine spring tension, dirt and debris, and/or insufficient racking force.
• We ask that you remove this video due to its misinformation.
