ITIs of Assam for NCVT / CoE trades, SCVT trades, SCVT under IMC (SCVT trades run by IMC in some ITIs ) under Craftsmen Training Scheme for the session commencing from July 2019 are invited from the intending candidates & who are Permanent Residents of Assam.

Important Dates:

1. Registration of candidates & Printing of Registration details by candidates: 30th May 2019 to 5PM of 14th June 2019
2. Verification of particulars of candidates by the Govt. ITI: 30th May 2019 to 15th June 2019 (On all working days during office hours)
3. Rank Generation of candidates & viewing Rank by candidates in their page of Registration details: 24th June 2019
4. Filling choices by the candidates after verification of particulars by the Govt. ITI for 1st e counseling: 25th June 2019 to 28th June 2019
5. Allotment of seats: 04th July 2019
6. Printing of allotment letter by candidates and Admission by the candidates by producing
allotment letter to concerned ITI & deposit of fees: 05th July 2019 to 06th July 2019 & 08th July19
7. Filling choices by the candidates whose particulars are already verified by the Govt. ITI for 2nd e counseling: 09th July 2019 to 11th July 2019
8. Allotment of seats: 16th July 2019
9. Printing of allotment letter by candidates Admission by the candidates by producing
allotment letter to concerned ITI & deposit of fees: 17th July 2019 to 19th July 2019
10. Filling choices by the candidates whose particulars are already verified by the Govt. ITI for 3rd e counseling: 20th July 2019 to 22nd July 2019
11. Allotment of seats: 25th July 2019

Admission Fee:

The fees for admission are as follows : (FOR NCVT & SCVT trades)
a) Tuition fees Rs. 50/- per month : Rs. 600/- (for 1 year)
b) Caution Money (Refundable) : Rs. 250/
c) Registration fees : Rs. 25/
d) Medical Examination, Fees : Rs. 25/
e) Trainees Union fees (a) 1 year : Rs. 175/
f) (b) 2 years : Rs. 350/
g) Hostel service charge : Rs. 50/ (where applicable)
h) Hostel Caution Money (Refundable) :Rs. 250/ (do)

Note: For BPL Candidates, the payment of Tuition fees is waived off, except SCVT under IMC courses.

Course fees for IMC run SCVT courses to be paid at a time:

a) For Non-Engineering courses: Rs. 15,000/- per year
b) For Engineering courses: Rs.16,500/- per year(for one year), Rs. 33,000/(for two years)
