Описание к видео Vlog 49 The Gradual Lifting of the Lockdown (Conditional Movement Control Order or CMCO) in Penang,

18 days more to go before the lockdown (Conditional Movement Control Order or CMCO) is fully lifted. This Conditional MCO was declared from May 4 to ease lockdown and is supposed to end on June 9. Interstate traveling is not allowed. From what I see, most businesses are beginning to open gradually. From here on, where should I go? For sure, I don't want to go back to the US due to the high number of the Covid-19 coronavirus cases and deaths over there. After the lifting of the lockdown on June 9, I will only have 14 days left on my visa with the automatic extension due to the coronavirus situation so basically my visa ends on June 23. So that means by June 23, I have to leave, and according to my research so far, the only country that's going to open up its borders is Thailand, but it won't happen until July 1st so between 23rd of June and 1st of July, I have no other countries to go to. But I got a letter from the US Embassy asking the Malaysian immigration to extend my visa due to the circumstances surrounding the covid-19 pandemic, the lockdowns and travel bans all over the world, but it's still up to the Malaysian immigration whether to approve my request for an extension or not, even with the letter from the US Embassy. For sure, the Malaysian should consider my case. Anyway I do have a job prospect waiting for me here, I am just waiting for the travel ban to be lifted. Going home won't be good for me since I do not have a home over there anymore. I consider Asia to be my home since I've lived and worked here for almost 4 years already.

I am a photographer and filmmaker available for photography, video and digital marketing work. Please send me a Direct Message on Instagram:   / chrisrevon

I am now doing a lot of videos for YouTube, IGTV and Facebook so make sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel and like my Facebook page.
After having lived in Asia for almost five years (mostly in China), I've traveled around Asia in order to not just do a photography project (which I did in China) but also do a video project about each country I visited and lived in. This included Thailand, South Korea, Malaysia, Cambodia, the cities of Hong Kong and Macau, and others. Currently I am compiling the footage and photographs together and editing them for my projects. Some of them will be shown on my social media profiles, but most will be reserved for an actual exhibition and screening, which I hope to have in as many countries as possible. I still do believe in experiencing seeing photographs as prints and seeing a video with other people being projected in a dark room rather than experiencing it online. It is never the same. But of course, I would have an online exhibition and screening or these projects too, but it only serves as a supplement to the whole project as a whole.

Anyway please subscribe or follow me to experience my travel through my eyes, my writing and my cameras.

Thanks so much for the support.
