Technology is great in so many ways. But it's also become incredibly evident it can negatively impact our relationships.

It gives us this false sense of connectedness with people all around the globe. Many of these people we hardly know or don't know at all. It can also make us feel so detached and far away from people literally in the room with us.

Couple that with a society of people that feel a need to always be busy and doing, and you have the perfect storm for busy parents to miss intimate and important moments with our child. Every parent has been a victim to this at some point in time. Engaging with our phone or laptop at the expense of connecting with our child.

Here, Dr. Delony shares an incredibly relatable story about a moment with his daughter. I think we can all identify with it. And I personally think it would be a good idea to take his advice.
