GPW1 | Grand Poo World Grand% PB In

HELLLLL yeaaaaa!! The grind is finally over!! We took about 7 streams to learn this game in depth followed by 33 streams of nothing but run attempt after run attempt in order to reach this momentous occasion. There was plenty of heart break, with at least 3 runs dying inside of throne room on 42:xx pace (1 to the final kaizo block before the bowser door, 1 to the ending skewers, and 1 to the double shell jump opening) while a few other runs died in throne room on 43:xx pace. There were countless gorgoroth shenanigans and brutal people's castle deaths. There were janky slope speeds in echo base and failed block grabs in career night. No matter what the situation was, we found a way to die and we were forced to bear the pain and try again. When I started this grind, I thought that perhaps I had bitten off more than I could chew with this project, but with your guys' support, we were able to push through the pain and put together this magnificent run. I couldn't be prouder of this final attempt. I believe there were only 5 deaths and 1 extremely bad reznor fight which was just as bad as a long death (so essentially 6 deaths).


The next set of goals for the stream include: GPW1 People's % for 27:xx (will adjust this ending goal time depending on how I feel), GPW Duology Bowser % for 1:29:xx (GPW1 Grand % + GPW2 Any% Good Ending back to back at roughly 45 minutes per game), then finally a different hack for me: Quickie World 2 (not sure the category / categories nor the goal times yet, but I remember loving this hack when I did my first playthrough so I've been wanting to run it for a while).
