25g Dried shrimp, diced 25克 虾米, 切粒
4 Shallot, sliced 4粒 小葱头, 切片
2 Garlic, minced 2粒 蒜头, 切碎
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼茶匙 糖
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
½ tablespoon Dark soy sauce ½汤匙 酱油
½ teaspoon Fish sauce ½茶匙 鱼露
2 pieces Banana leaves 2片 香蕉叶
