The quick way to cook tasty, delicious tender mushrooms with chicken.

Ingredients
1.5 kg chicken cut into pieces
150g prepared mushrooms
Garlic n ginger slices

Marinate ingredients
Salt
3 tbsp soy sauce
2-3 tbsp oyster sauce
3/4 tsp mushroom / chicken granules
Sesame oil
Sugar
Shaoxing wine

Marinate chicken with ingredients for 2 hours. Oil in wok. Saute garlic n ginger until fragrant. Add chicken, spread out in the wok. Let brown before turning to brown the other side. Add 1 tbsp dark soy sauce. Add the prepared mushrooms and enough mushroom water to just cover 3/4 way. Simmer until chicken is soft and sauce reduced to your liking. Add conrnstarch solution if needed. Done.
