My First Strongman Event...

I took on my first ever strongman style event here in Scotland...

The Donald Dinnie games hosted every year in Aberdeenshire is something I've had my eye on ever since I lifted the Dinnie Stones last year. With only 6 weeks of prep, a sprinkling of advice from the Stoltmans and a mountain of caffeine, watch to the end to see if I managed to complete all 5 events.
