The Nether Disruptor has received enough Legionfall War Supplies to finish its construction! First, complete the quest "The Nether Disruptor" from Commander Chambers, then head to the west and right-click the floating scroll Complete Construction to cause the Nether Disruptor to appear. Turn in this quest to Commander Chambers once complete, as he will now offer the repeatable quest "Boon of the Nether Disruptor," which earns you the buff known as Fate Smiles Upon You that grants you a chance to have a Seal of Broken Fate refunded if you do not receive loot from a Bonus Roll when defeating world bosses or raid bosses. Completion of this quest also awards you an Armorcraftor's Commendation if you have an armor crafting skill of 800, which can be turned in to Eliezer Hammerbeard on the western side of Deliverance Point. After speaking with him, you will then be able to pursue a quest that earns you one of the Legendary crafting reagents required to create the new patch 7.2 craftable Legendary armor pieces. You will now be able to put Nether Portal Disruptors that can be purchased from Warmage Kath'leen in Deliverance Point to use. Unstable Nether Portals (which will be marked on your map) can be found around the Broken Shore now, which require you to be holding a Nether Portal Disruptor to interact with. Once you interact with these portals, an elite demon, similar to the rare spawns found around Broken Shore, will spawn. These enemies are faction-tagged. Finally, while the Nether Disruptor is active, world bosses will appear around the Broken Shore that drop Item Level 900 gear (a perfect opportunity for you to use the Bonus Roll effect of Fate Smiles Upon You.
