When we look back at the year that has gone by it seems no other year till date has provided more highlights from the perspective of mental health. When the year started from the david Vs Gioliath battle of India Vs Austrlia at the Gabba it seemed that this was the year for Indians. Sadly that is what even the dreadful virus thought. The way it creeped into the lives of millions of Indians it was difficult to manage life everyday. The vaccine followed up with some brilliant fight against the pandemic.
The year saw the fight against Drugs by the Aryan Khan case and also saw rthat silence from his father was something the Indian Dads need to learn. Educating your child against use of substances will gbe a priority in all the house holds.
The withdrawal by Simione biles at 5the tokyo Olympics 2020 for mental health purpose was a lesson to learn and the gold medal won by Neeraj Chopra gave a golden lining.

Twitter has an Indian CEO but Indians madly went around for revenge travel.

Vicky Kat got married only to trend showing how intrusive we are when it comes to others lives while we demand independence.

All in all it was a year that taught us how to breathe when oxygen suddenly becomes a rare commodity.

We end 2021 with a sarcastic smile understanding that we were victims of our deeds, that mask is the biggest vaccine and we as humans need to understand importance of Mental Health. 2021 we say you a goodbye, the year that is going byn was not exactly bad nor good just a learning curve as we welcome 2022 with our versions 2.0
