This aerator works works on solar or electric. It pumps oxygen into the pond year-round even when the pond is frozen over. It uses the venturi principle to suck oxygen from the air and pump into the water. All was done for less than $20 plus the solar panel.
It prevents fish winter-kill and reduces algae.
