Hi, it's Kelly with She's a Full on Monet! Today I'm using this Chella Cosmetics how to brow kit. I'll show you exactly what they recommend of how to use it. The first step is the eyebrow pencil. Start in the middle and continue in the direction that your hair grows. With the pencil heavier towards the arch and tail of the brow. I'm going to go over them with the clear eyebrow defining gel. Start in the middle of your arch and move toward the tail. And then the last step is the highlighter pencil. For this one, you're supposed to trace the bottom of your eyebrow and on the top in the center to the tail. It also comes with a blending brush, and just blend the rest.
