Hello friends, in this video we are discussing about how to raise complaint for failed bill payment in Cent mobile app. if you are a Central Bank Of India customer and you have paid mobile bill or any other bill using cent mobile app. But the transaction was failed or the payment was not completed. In such conditions you can raise a complaint against your unsuccessful transaction in Cent Mobile app.

We are discussing on the topic how to raise complaint for central bank of India transaction. If you are also using Central bank Of India mobile banking app and want to raise a claim against bill payment transaction then watch this video till end or follow the following steps.

1. Go to cent mobile app and login with your username and MPIN.

2.Click on BBPS biller.

3. Click on register BBPS complaint.

4. select transaction type as transaction then select search by as duration, enter from date and to date then enter mobile number for which you have paid bill, click on proceed.

5. Select transaction list from the drop down menu, sub type as amount not credited, enter a remark and finally click on 'Raise'.

An message will be sent to your mobile number where you will see a complaint number. The complaint will be resoled within 5 working days. Otherwise you may call customer service.
