How To Send Money From Konek2CARD Savings Account To Maya Wallet | Konek2CARD Tutorial

In this video, you will learn how to easily and securely send money from your Konek2CARD savings account to your Maya wallet. This step-by-step tutorial will guide you through the Inter-Bank Fund Transfer process via InstaPay, ensuring your money reaches your Maya account quickly and hassle-free.

1. Open the Konek2CARD app. Log in to your account using your credentials.
2. Navigate to Fund Transfer. Tap on the Fund Transfer option on the main menu.
3. Select Inter-Bank Transfer. Choose Inter-Bank Fund Transfer via InstaPay to send money to another bank or e-wallet.
4. Input Recipient's Information. Tap on "Input Recipient's Information" to enter the details for your Maya account.
5. Enter Maya as the recipient. Recipient Bank: Select Maya Philippines, Inc. or Maya Wallet from the list of banks and e-wallets. Account Number: Input the 11-digit mobile number that is registered with your Maya account. Account Name: Enter the name of the Maya account holder.
6. Enter the amount. Type in the amount you wish to transfer from your Konek2CARD savings account.
7. Review and confirm. Double-check all the details you've entered, including the recipient's name, the Maya mobile number, and the amount. Tap Continue or Proceed.
8. Enter your One-Time PIN (OTP). As a security measure, you may receive an OTP via SMS to complete the transaction. Enter the OTP to authorize the transfer.
9. Wait for confirmation. You will receive a notification in the Konek2CARD app and via SMS once the transfer is successful. The funds should appear in your Maya wallet in real-time.
