How to Knit Harry Potter Hogwarts Scarf

In this video, I'm showing you how to knit an Harry Potter inspired scarf.
I used navy and charcoal to represent the house of Ravenclaw, but you can really use any colour you want/Hogwarts Household.
Red and gold for Gryffindor, yellow and black/brown for Hufflepuff, and green and gray for Slytherin.

Brand: Loops & Threads
Material: 85% acrylic; 15% nylon
Color: navy (2) and charcoal (1)
Weight: 100 g x 3
Amount: 2 balls of navy and 1 of charcoal

N e e d l e s:

Size: Circular needles 6US/4.00 mm in 16"/40cm
Material: Metal

P a t t e r n:
Cast on 63 stitches.
For first row, slip last stitch from right needle to left needle. K2tog and knit 61 remaining stitches.
Knit 55 rows with the blue yarn.
Knit 6 rows with gray yarn.
Knit 8 rows with blue yarn.
Knit 8 rows with gray yarn.
Knit 45 rows with blue yarn.
Repeat sequence 6-8-6-45 alternating between colours.
When long enough (I have 8 pairs of grey stripes with 9 big sections of blue), finish with 55 rows with blue yarn.

Cast off and make the fringe (+ 3 inches on each side)
Width : 5.5"
Length : 80 inches
