Day 4 of the Upper Body Sculpt Challenge is here! Today we are focusing on the BICEPS muscles! All the exercises in this workout will be performed in a standing position. Keep your back straight, tummy in, and focus on your biceps, as that's where you want to feel the burn. Also, try not to swing your body when you perform the exercises. Your biceps should take on the load of the dumbbell. If you are struggling, just go slower and get fewer reps in. Your muscles will get stronger as you keep repeating these routines.
All the exercises in this challenge are performed from a standing position. Make sure to always focus on the group of muscles you are working. Mind Body Connection is key to maximizing your results.
I'm using 2 kg dumbbells throughout this entire challenge. If you don't have any weights, get creative and use water bottles, cans, or other heavy objects you can grip. If you have a variation of weights, feel free to increase your weight for some of the moves, to get the most out of this challenge!
The Upper Body Sculpt Challenge is comprised of short strength training videos that will focus on the upper body, one muscle at a time. You can use every workout in this challenge as an add on to your regular training routine, and continue using them once the challenge is completed to build and sculpt the upper body muscles on a weekly basis.
