Hello, friends! I've got something a little different this time - a vlog showing the things I do for self-care! It's important to take the time to do things you enjoy in life, even if it's just for 15 minutes a day. We're always so busy grinding, hustling, taking care of other people and fulfilling obligations. Do something for yourself no matter how small. It can be buying yourself a bouquet of fresh flowers, reading a good book or just being outside. This vlog will be broken into two parts with a good mix of cooking, nature and creative art projects. I hope this is inspiration that will encourage you to do something for yourself!
