The recipe for BBQ sauce:
Placing in the blender:
1/2 large tomato, 10 prunes (soaked and added in portions, to adjust necessary sweetness, )1 tbs of sun dried tomato preserved in the oil, 3 springs of each: thyme, oregano, terragon, rosemary, and parsley., 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tbs of olive oil and 2 tbs of apple cider vinegar, 1 rib of celery. Blend it well and adjust it with your favorite spices. We added everyday spices from Trader Joe

Cut chicken and cauliflower and overcoat with this BBQ sauce.
Place chicken in a foil (not the best but for now) and bake for 30 min in the toaster oven. Covered.
Try it's readiness: when it is white inside.

Place one portion of it on a dry non-stick skillet and dry it down a little- different texture is achieved.
Coat cauliflower and cashew with BBQ sauce and place it on the skillet- no oil. Allow 3 min with moving it around with a spatula, to dry a little. Keep cauliflower crunchy.

Prepare asparagus and broccoli, place it on the skillet separately from everything else.
Add a tiny splash of water, just to cover the bottom. Cover all with the lid for 2 min. Allow it to heat up. Lower a flame and allow it to get steamed for another 1-2.
It should retain color and the form. Do not keep it on a hot skillet, otherwise it will overcook.
