In today’s video, I’ll show you how to reconcile accounts inside of YAB. Reconciling your accounts ensures that your WAB data matches your actual bank balances and gives you a clear picture of your finances.

To start, head over to the Account section and select the account you want to reconcile. Here, you’ll see all the transactions made through that account, making it easy to compare with your bank statement.

Next, on the right-hand side of each transaction, you’ll notice a small C icon which stands for reconcile. Tap on the icon for the transactions you want to reconcile individually.

After selecting the transactions, tap on the three-dotted menu on the top right and choose Reconcile. YAB will show your available balance. Confirm this balance with your bank’s closing balance, then tap OK. Your selected transactions will now be reconciled.
