Dana 60 Kingpin Knuckle Gusset Weld on Kit Upgrade - Pathmaker Speed Shop - S7E39

After breaking my Dana 60 knuckles while out rock crawling in the Pathmaker Rig it was time to find some new kingpin d60 knuckles, pick up a Back Door Fab Knuckle Gusset Kit and get to welding them on for extra strength. Using the BBQ to pre and post-heat the knuckles worked great for MIG welding the mild steel plates to the Cast Steel Dana60 Knuckles.
