Awkward, but Authentic 🧘🏾‍♀️✨.
I learned A LOT about mycellf over the past few months. Chit, over the past year tbh.
•
One is that I wasn’t as authentic as I thought I was (shout out to therapy). I was never flagrantly fraudulent. I don’t move like that. ✨
•
But a lack of vulnerability (abandonment issues) coupled with perfectionism (aka fear of failure) amongst other things like codependency contributed to blocks/leaks in my being, & I wasn’t feeling whole.
•
I didn’t know that’s what it was at first. But I got to the root 🌳. Still going deeper tbh. But I’m also slowly coming back out into the light 🌞.
•
One thing about me is I don’t like fake shixt… even when it’s coming from me. So I went into my shell 🦀instead of continuing to try to put up an image of consistency and/or being a “creative” , or “healer” or even a teacher.
•
Now, I don’t care about any of that… not as my main goal anyway. I know the best teachers do so by allowing others to learn from their experiences and the best leaders do so by example.
•
Now, with help from my Ori, Spirit Squad, therapists, and a few loved ones I’ve been able to hold space for mycellf. Watering my own garden 👩🏾‍🌾.
•
I’m now open to allow for others to water 🚿 me as well.
•
I’m still learning how to honor my energetic boundaries, but after pulling a few weeds up, and allowing Nature to scatter a few seeds… I feel better about my ability to show up in a way that is sustainable and honest.
•
I’m excited because of the PEACE I have in that regard, and bc I know this allows me to be able to naturally be present for MyCellf annnddd those who not only resonate with me, but also truly honor me. 🌻
