“The Cabinet,” by composer and guitar virtuoso Daniele Gottardo is part of his latest album, INkBlot. The piece was inspired by the notorious German silent film "Das Kabinet des Dr. Caligari," directed by Robert Wiene in 1920, and StudioSintagma joined Gottardo to visually bring his concept to life.

In this video, we have the Somnambulist as a representation of humanity awakening from a hypnotic state, becoming a scientist, and discovering the wonders of Creation through the lens of a microscope.
