Just made these delicious no-fry Sweetcorn Appe with Spicy Coriander Chutney! 🌽🔥 It’s simple, quick, and oh so tasty. Perfect for a rainy day snack, these crispy and flavorful bites are sure to satisfy your cravings. The mix of sweetcorn, garlic, green chillies, and onions packs a punch of flavor in every bite. And don’t forget to dunk them in the zesty coriander chutney for an extra kick! 😋

Recipe-
take 2 raw sweetcorn & remove the kennels.
In a blender jar, add half of the kennels and coarsely grind it
Into the ground mixture, add remaining whole kennels
Add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, chopped 2-3 green chillies, 1 finely chopped onion, chopped coriander 🌿
Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp sabut Jeera
For binding, add 2 tbs besan & 2 tbs rice flour (alternatively can take oats and suji too)
And some salt
Mix everything well without adding water; if needed 1-2 tsp can be added
Batter is ready now make appe in Appe Pan with little oil or butter - on low to medium flame
For chutney - in a mixer jar, take 2-3 cloves garlic, 3 green chilli, 2 big tomato, a big bunch of coriander some mint leaves (optional) and salt
Grind everything well
