Restoration Rusty Straight Razor with Amazing Masterpiece Handle . I will restore this old razor and I will make it the most beautiful razor you have ever seen.No clickbait.

I bought this straight razor from Etsy,from a seller from Ukraine. He likes the restoration videos and projects and he is looking forward to seeing how I restored it. To be honest with you guys,I saw a razor like mine(after restoration) in a post from Russia,on Instagram(I think Barocco is the name),about 5-6 months ago. And from that moment I thought to make a video of restoring a straight razor.
I bought it in a very bad conditions,the handle is destroyed (but this is ok) and the blade are very very rusty,I was afraid to not cut myself when I restored the razor. But was challenging to restore it and the final result is very Cool. You don't waste your time watching this video.

Restoration process details:
I start restoring these straight razor by disassembling the handle and after that I restore it the blade,with electrolysis because any other method will affect the metal. After hours and hours of sanding the blade,the nice results has began to appear. I continued the restoration by finding a piece of wood,from oak wood,and I started to make the new handle for the razor. I like to work with epoxy resin, because it brings an extra color to the restoration. and in my opinion, epoxy resin is art. Towards the end of the restoration video,I sharpened the razor with stone grit and leather strop for the final touch.
