GM 6L80 Transmission Fluid & Filter Change - Service Guide!

Welcome to the Trick Shift Garage! In this video, we'll show you how to change the fluid and filter on GM's 6L80 transmission. This video serves as a general guide to showing you how to drain the transmission fluid, remove the transmission pan, remove the old filter and gasket that's tricky to get out. Then, we'll show how to install the new gasket, new filter, new gasket, as well as installing the pan back in with aftermarket billet bolts from ICT Billet!
